These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to any person who uses, accesses, refers to, views and/or downloads the information made available by us on the Website for whatever purpose ("Content") (hereinafter referred to as "users", "you" or "your"). The display of Content and your ability to view, access, use, and/or download the Content on the Website shall be referred to as the "Services".
Delivery
· Chargrill Charlie’s requires 48 hours minimum notice.
· Maximum delivery distance is 8 Km's from any Chargrill Charlie’s stores.
· Delivery times are Monday to Friday between 10am and 8pm only. Note: Weekend deliveries are available on request and subject to a $50 delivery fee.
· Minimum order amount for delivery is $350. A $50 delivery fee applies to all delivery requests.
· If the delivery address is located in the CBD, Chargrill Charlie’s will require loading details & delivery instructions.
· We endeavour to get all deliveries on time, however, this is not always possible due to traffic restrictions and loading dock issues particularly within the CBD.
Pickup
· Chargrill Charlie’s requires 24 hours minimum notice on pickup orders.
GST
· The prices quoted are inclusive of all applicable GST charges.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
· Your online catering order will not be considered “confirmed” until you are contacted by a Chargrill Charlie’s representative to confirm your order. We will endeavour to do this within 24 hours of placing the order.
· Chargrill Charlie’s will always try to accommodate changes in catering orders. Chargrill Charlie’s requires a minimum of 24 hours notice for order alterations.
· Cancellation charges will apply when your catering requirements have been confirmed verbally or in writing and where costs have been incurred in regards to food, labour or other services. Cancellation within 48 hours of your order will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellation within 24 hours of your order will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
Pricing Fluctuations
· All prices are correct at time of printing and are quoted on current costs. These may vary at any time.
· Due to seasonal or supplier shortages Chargrill Charlie’s reserves the right to alter or adapt menus or services.
